The webinar consisted of a thorough PPT presentation about what to do on your property and in your yard to protect our environment, our way of life, and Miami's drinking water quality. The presentation was followed by a panel of experts answering audience questions.
Partners included the Sea Level Solutions Center in FIU's Institute of Environment, Miami Waterkeeper, the Tropical Audubon Society, the City of Miami's Office of Resilience and Sustainability, the Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer Department, the Little River Conservancy, the Miami Environmental Science Action Network (MESAN), FIU CARTA's Department of Journalism + Media and Steven Cruz Institute for Science, Media & Technology.
